ABOUT OUR WORK:

We have been carving crystal for more than sixty years. We still do things the old fashioned way. We use only our own, original, in-house artwork. We never use clip art.

We carve only the finest quality glass and crystal. We do not engrave acrylic or other plastics – they tend to become hazy, scratched and discolored over time.

We sand carve our designs deeply into the glass using aluminum oxide as an abrasive. We never use laser engraving, acid etching or any other inferior surface-etch techniques.

Our highly skilled artists use time consuming 'multi-stage blast' glass carving techniques; some of our intricate designs require dozens, or even hundreds of individual blasts. The highly detailed, three-dimensional results we achieve are beyond the skills of most other glass carvers today.



MONEY BACK GUARANTEE / RETURN POLICY:

American Carved Crystal is committed to supplying a quality product in a reliable manner. Our handmade crystal and glass products are hand carved one at a time by a skilled artist. No two will ever be exactly the same.

If your order is damaged in shipment: You must notify the carrier immediately upon receipt of a shipment if damage of items has occurred. Keep original carton(s), packing material and broken item(s) which the carrier will inspect to review your claim. You must also notify us within 48 hours of receipt of damaged items. We will quickly replace damaged items.

If you are returning an item: Products with defects in materials or craftsmanship will be quickly replaced, or you may choose to have your money refunded in full - including shipping charges. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt to obtain a return authorization number. Please return defective item within 2 weeks of receipt. Non-defective products that have been personalized are not returnable.

LIGHT BASE GUARANTEE:

All bases are warranted against failure and defects in workmanship for 90 Days. If for any reason your base fails to work properly within this warranty period, please contact us. We will either repair or replace defective bases during the warranty period at no charge.

If returning after the 90-day warranty period, please be sure to pack your base carefully and also include the original AC adapter, and include a return address. We will normally repair for a modest charge and return your base to you within 14 days.

PAYMENT TERMS:

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We welcome Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, personal checks and money orders through PayPal. We will manufacture and ship your order within 4 business days of confirmed payment. Personal checks may take up to two weeks to confirm payment.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

NOTE: Shipping times are in addition to the 3 to 4 business days to manufacture your items. We only ship to North America at this time. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Canada and Mexico may take up to 2 extra days of delivery time.

USA Orders: USPS "Priority Mail" (2 to 3 business days average) - A flat rate shipping charge of $9.95 per US address will be added to your order.

USA Orders: USPS "Express Mail" (next business day to most US addresses) - A flat rate shipping charge of $27.95 per US address will be added to your order. "Express Mail" service is not available to Canada or Mexico at this time.

Canada and Mexico Orders: USPS "Express Mail" service is not available to Canada or Mexico. All orders shipped to Canada or Mexico will be shipped USPS "Priority Mail" (2 to 3 business days average). A flat rate shipping charge of $27.00 per Canadian or Mexican address will be added to your order.

"Will Call" - Your order will be held for pick-up at our studio address listed above. No shipping charges will be added to your order.

SALES TAX:

Sales tax of 5.0% will be added to all orders shipped to Ohio.
